How Our Honey Is Made
Our honey comes from small local apiaries where bees forage naturally on Borders heather, clover and wild plants. We harvest the honey gently, filter it lightly, and bottle it by hand to preserve its natural goodness. No blending, no heating, and absolutely no additives — just real Scottish honey as nature intended.
